Our aim is to reconstruct the processes of the circulation of knowledge in Hungary with regard to the evolvement of seven fields of disciplines into independent entities such as the history of philosophy, science of states/statistics, history, classical studies, aesthetics, anthropology, ethnology, medicine and agriculture between 1770 and 1830.
